Production & Shipping Times:

Because of the nature of our business, we generally take 3-5+ business days for you to receive your shipping and tracking updates.

Once your order has been completed & shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details.

*If you order over a busy period (for example, sale periods or leading up to Christmas), there may be delays with postal services due to unforeseen circumstances. Which are unfortunately out of our control.

But depending on where you are it can come faster or slower than our estimates. Your courier will usually give you some tracking updates along the way or you can jump on their website to track it there.

Since we rely on mutliple print providers, this could mean that one of your items is printed by one provider while another item in your order was printed by another provider and each of them will provide their own tracking numbers

Don't stress, your items can sometimes arrive together or relatively close to each other!

If your order is faulty, or on the very unlikely chance that it never turned up please contact us or start a return (remember to read our exchange/returns policy first!).

Each product page has it's own size guide. Be mindful that measurements can range up to 1cm either side.

Please do measure twice, as we don't offer exchanges on incorrect sizes.
